RETURNS
Our products are made especially for you and unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges so please double check your order so that you are 100% sure.
However, if the product is defective or we make a mistake by sending you the wrong item, we will be more than happy to replace it for free.
For defective items: Please email us photo evidence within 5 days of receiving your items at customerservice@bossybassy.com

CANCELLATIONS
We want to make sure that our customers get their orders as soon as possible and we try send the orders to production quickly. Because of this, we only accept cancellations within 3 hours.
